`Planners `wrong’ with Paper Mill thumbs up’
Cllrs Peter Woollcott and Sean Meiszner have spoken out on this `wrong- headed’ Sutherland Road new development rated as grossly overcrowded with 240 units.
Cllr Woollcott said at the second Planning Meeting that there were not enough 3/4 bed properties in the design and the underground car park was a security risk.
Cllr Meiszner said `I think Officers and Members have to accept that they got it wrong. It will be intensely over developed’
